- January 10, 2025 (at the latest) : submission of proposals ;
- Starting from january 14, 2024 : notification of selected authors ;
- February 24-26, 2025 : Conference at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina ;
- April 27, 2025 (at the latest) : submission of full papers.
Pre-registration rates
These rates cover documentation, coffee breaks, lunches and publication of proceedings for papers selected by the scientific committee;
Participants wishing to take part in the Congress can have their accommodation (nights in Alexandria from February 23 to 26, 2025) paid for by subscribing to the full package at 500 euros.
Fees for subsequent registrations
Fees for subsequent registrations (after November 30) to the Colloquium are as follows :
